Her colors jump up off the fabric, saturated and vibrant and prickly. We were separated by a hallway but both of our minds swirled deep into color and hues and shades. Everything clicks over how to conjure up colors, colors, colors - beautiful intense unbelievable c-o-l-o-r-s.
Where I Stand is an ongoing photo essay examining the different places I spend my life standing. Too often we take for granted the everyday places we spend our lives walking on. awesome colors.
I've got my dyed fabric washed, now just to figure out a new doll to make with hand-dyed fabrics =)
Now I have a bunch of those really bright colors. My next group will be a little quietier. Have already started on my first piece. Hand dyed is the way to go. Bonnie
